Corona del Mar is a street-parking village, and that shapes every recommendation we make here. The lanes off Marguerite and Goldenrod are narrow, spaces are tight, and most cars end up parallel parked within inches of a curb. On a lowered exotic that means the lower rocker panels and front lip take the abuse, not the hood. We plan for that with paint protection film beneath the wrap on the lower third and edges wrapped deep into the panel so a curb scuff cannot find a seam to lift.

Then there is the bluff. Cars parked along Ocean Boulevard sit in full sun and full salt spray at the same time, which is the harshest combination in Orange County for any finish. Satin and matte films look extraordinary here but they hold salt in the texture, so we pair them with a ceramic coating and tell clients plainly that a monthly rinse is not optional. Gloss is the lower-maintenance choice if the car lives outdoors.

We are about twenty minutes up Pacific Coast Highway from our Costa Mesa shop, and we can arrange pickup and return if leaving the car is easier than driving it over.
